The Oroville Campus spans 4.5 acres and is located in Washington State’s “Okanogan” region.
Phase 2 – Tier 3 Licensed Producer Tenant-Grower
Tier 3 production licensees may produce marijuana for sale at wholesale to marijuana processor licensees and to other marijuana producer licensees. Tier 3 allows for between 10,000 and 30,000 square feet of dedicated plant canopy. We are constructing an additional 24,400 square feet of new facility space for our Tier 3 tenant-grower in addition to the existing 5,600 square foot greenhouse currently in operation. New Age Farm’s Master Growers’ experience, expertise and advice are available to all our tenant-growers.
The potential revenues for this tenant-grower from 30,000 square feet of blooming canopy, in full capacity, may include revenues from processing and producing by-products such as oils, lotions, and trim which our Master Growers can implement in partnership with New Age Farm. With over 550 stores in their distribution network, as well as a solid and well respected reputation in the industry, our Master Growers will be able to market tenant-growers products very competitively through their distribution networks.
Washington State offers three types of licenses, producer, processor and retailer, administered by the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board (“WSLCB”). A licensee may hold a producer and a processor license at the same time, but neither is permitted to be a retailer. All New Age Farm’s tenant-growers hold either a Tier 2 or a Tier 3 Producer license.
We believe that when our tenant-growers avail themselves of the expertise of our Master Growers they will produce higher quality products than the competition in the industry.
